VVS Finance V3, also branded as Flawless Liquidity, is a major upgrade to the VVS decentralized exchange on Cronos, designed to significantly boost capital efficiency for liquidity providers and traders. The upgrade introduces concentrated liquidity pools that allow users to allocate capital precisely within active trading ranges, unlocking better fee earnings with less collateral deployment. Users can also select from multiple fee tiers to match market volatility, enabling customized trading experiences. V3 includes dynamic features like “active liquidity,” where positions become inactive and stop earning fees when market prices move outside a user’s chosen range, and “range limit orders,” which smoothly convert one asset to another when a specified price zone is reached while still earning fee rewards. Liquidity positions are represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), enabling ownership of unique price curves and facilitating composable liquidity strategies.
